The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. Air conditioning/heating is also included. The apartment also boasts a large fireplace. The house features double-glazed windows with thermal and acoustic insulation.

In the communal areas we find: large parking area with video surveillance, garden area and barbecue.

It is located near the centre of Granollers, 7 minutes from the Montmeló Circuit and well communicated with Barcelona.
